Use
Weekend Retreats
The Campus
facilities at Rancho El Chorro is a perfect setting for
weekend or week-long retreats, workshops, seminars, etc. Renting
the facilities for personal use (i.e. family reunion) is allowed
as long as insurance requirements are met. All forms of tobacco
and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on all County
Office of Education property (B.P. AR-4318, AR-7410.1).
The campus is located just five miles
west of San Luis Obispo off Highway One across from Cuesta
College and adjacent to El Chorro Regional Park. The facility
sits one mile back from Highway 1 among the rolling hills
covered with beautiful oaks and sycamores. Pennington Creek
flows through campus all year long. There is one trail set
up as a self-guided trail.
Weekday Meetings
Meeting facilities are also available
to rent on a daily basis, Monday through Friday, during regular
business hours.
